MEGAKOM Development Consultants is the member of the M&E Group.

The M&E Group incorporates three companies that were established by the same partners: MEGAKOM Development Consultants, Ex Ante Consulting Ltd. and MEGAKOM Consultants Romania.

The oldest and the largest of the three companies is the Nyíregyháza-based MEGAKOM Development Consultants, established in 1997. Ex Ante Consulting Ltd. launched its operation in 2002 in Budapest, and MEGAKOM Consultants Romania started up in Satu Mare in 2004. The three companies operate in the same professional field with certain specialisation differences and a different territorial orientation. The total number of their employees is 27, which is completed with a pool of independent experts, with whom the companies work together regularly. The members of the Group work in close cooperation during everyday work - especially during the implementation of large projects.

Each of the three companies provides consulting services and training concerning regional-, economic- and institutional development, with regard to EU grants and supports, as well as offer a whole range of services related to the absorption of EU Structural Funds. The companies' activities cover Central and Eastern Europe, especially Hungary. The group's major business partners are government- and regional development institutions, non-profit organisations and local authorities.
